Our Goals
To equip every student athlete we touch with the discipline, accountability, and resources to choose their own path — whether that path leads to a four-year university, a skilled trade, entrepreneurship, the new collar economy, or professional sports. We measure ourselves by the doors we open and the kids who walk through them.

Counties We Serve
RJEF is active across Hudson, Essex, and Union Counties in New Jersey, with program reach extending to Los Angeles, North Carolina, and the DMV. More than 50 schools have opened their doors to RJEF — 30 this year alone.
